The core program is 7 days a week and designed to get members fit, with a heavy emphasis on STRENGTH, SKILL, and METCONS. In this track, you get:
6 days a week, 60 minutes of HIGH INTENSITY, MINIMAL EQUIPMENT, and LOW SKILL CONDITIONING.
8 week SPECIALTY programs, 2-4 days a week, to improve specific aspects of member’s fitness.
This includes access to all three HWPO tracks.
What started as 5x CrossFit Games champion Mat Fraser’s personal mantra has become the core of everything we do. In the gym and our daily lives, we have a relentless focus on leaving it all out there. We call our community HARD WORKERS, and ask that they live out three simple things: SHOW UP. WORK HARD.
