HWPO Training is SHOWING UP for affiliate gyms by providing the programming and coaching support needed to give their members the best experience. HWPO AFFILIATE has been thoughtfully designed by our coaching team and Michele Letendre to give HARD WORKING coaches the tools, resources, and expertise to deliver world-class training in a class setting.
7 days / week
CLASS

60 minute sessions include warm-ups, a two-part workout, and optional homework for members to complete outside of class. Guided by the pillars of BALANCED, CHALLENGING, and FUN, this program uses progressive cycles to develop core fitness attributes like strength, power, endurance, and overall physical preparedness. 

Class plans include timestamps, extensive coaching notes, educational support and movement or format substitutions whenever needed.

SWEAT

Sweat offers 6 weekly HIIT-style sessions designed for gyms needing scalable classes that attract a broader range of members. 60 minute workouts that deliver consistent HARD WORK for full body training, perfect for members seeking lower-skill options or a quick, effective workout.

FOCUS

FOCUS is designed to help members address their weaknesses and reach their full potential. Access a new focus every 8-weeks that’s dedicated to improving specific modalities and skills. Each cycle includes detailed coaching progressions, ensuring members improve fast while enabling coaches to deliver the highest value.

EMOM 40

The HWPO EMOM 40 program combines aerobic conditioning with traditional CrossFit-style movements, delivered in a focused 40-minute format done within a 60 minute class. This is ideal for active recovery, targeting weaknesses, or providing members with a longer low-impact but effective training option.

ACCESSORY

The ACCESSORY program features 2 different 60-minute sessions each week that focus on upper and lower body strength, stability, and joint resilience. Using a mix of unilateral movements, free weights, and body weight exercises, it complements members’ training without risk of overtraining.
