Not all gyms are the same. Our programming includes two training paths based on your gym members’ needs. We offer Competitive and Fitness options, allowing you to choose one, or a blend them to best suit your facility, and the style of programming that your members love.
Catered to a more competitive gym environment, the Compete Path includes high-skill gymnastics progressions and Olympic lifts. MetCons are catered to those who want to perform well in the CrossFit Open at an amateur level. The Compete Path will also include workouts with various types of machines, rope climbs, GHD sit-ups, and other movements traditionally seen in CrossFit qualifiers and competitions.
The Fitness Path is designed for an environment where high skill or competitive movements and intensity are NOT the priority. There will still be challenges and skill progressions, but the programming will be less aggressive in nature. These workouts will also be designed to help gyms that have limited space and equipment.

Members Success & Retention
Lean on our years of experience to help your gym acquire and perfect new skills, improve capacity and build strength. Ask questions and get feedback/support directly from our coaching team.
How long are the training cycles?
Training cycles will vary throughout the year, but will rarely exceed eight weeks at a time.
Will you tell us the goal of each cycle?
Yes. Prior to the start of each cycle, we will release a video announcing and reviewing the plans for the upcoming training cycle.
Do you provide scaling options?
Yes. Both paths will have suggested scaling options for strength, movement or capacity limitations based on the workouts for the day. You can also use the membership site to ask questions directly to a TTT Affiliate Coach.
Do you provide coaching notes?
Yes. Each day will have specific notes covering the workout's intent, goals for times of completion, and coaching cues to help you give members the best experience possible.
What if we don’t have certain equipment?
If you notice a workout has a piece of equipment or machine you don’t have access to - or enough available for a class setting - you may ask a TTT Coach for modification suggestions. Also, the TTT Affiliate Fitness track is designed to help affiliates who have minimal pieces of equipment.
Do you offer coaching consultations?
Yes. If you would like to schedule a 30-minute consultation (at an additional cost), you can set that up inside the TTT Affiliate member site. This is often used for gym owners or coaches who would like to review the cycle in more detail, or to receive guidance on possible changes they could make to the program to best suit the members’ needs.
Do you offer an on-ramp program?
Yes. We suggest our 1/3/5 On-Ramp system for onboarding new members, based on their current level of fitness. You'll gain access to this inside the Wodify App.
When are the new week’s workouts posted?
TTT Affiliates will get access to the upcoming week’s training by 7pm EST on Tuesdays.
Does this programming account for the CrossFit Open?
Yes. We will have a training cycle focused on Open prep that starts annually in the first week of January.
